In the heart of a 100 acre estate, 50 minutes south of Paris near Fontainebleau, is found this stately ´brick and stone´ castle from the early 17th century, surrounded by a moat from an earlier feudal fortress. With its two horseshoe staircases, it echoes the famous Fontainebleau castle nearby.

The Bourron castle works in tight collaboration with the Chef of the restaurant « Les Prémices », Mr Dominique Maës who is listed in the guide Michelin, in the Gault et Millau (16/20) and was awarded the Clef d’Or. His fame which we are very proud of goes well beyond our frontiers since he has also been awarded the Prize of the European Foundation of Gastronomy and wine-growing.
