Comment: Bad - I felt a little upset during the check-out, poor service from the reception counter and also slow action. Hotel has no facial tissues in the dressing table / in bathroom. I did request to font desk and also housekeeping, finally I got only the toilet roll and few calls later, we only be informed that there is no facial tissues provided in this hotel, which mean only toilet roll. Good - When we enquired to the information desk, the staff gave us prompt reply and also good suggestion on how to get around by public transport. Moreover, he also gave us route map for reference.

Comment: i was in dorsett far east about 6 nights from 23/2 - 1/3 ,cant sleep well due to the Room sound insulation very poor...can liston people walk in & out ..also their door open close sounds...this is tortune me !!

Comment: checked into hotel, given a conner room. dulex room but no breakfast vouchers provided. ended up not having breakfast for 3 days. rooms had bad sound proving, could hear every single word people said along corridor. required my credit card twice. service attitude was bad .
