Comment: l'environnement de l'hotel est exceptionnel mais les chambres de qualité standard sont mediocres sales et sombres. il faut taper dans la chambre de luxe pour avoir une meilleure qualité de prestations. La piscine est sale,le tour de la piscine est pire, la restauration est tres moyenne, c'est un immense domaine mais on sent qu'ils ont du mal à faire face. Globalement deçue par cet hotel

Comment: where do we start, this was a jewell - totally unbelievable/palatial, traditional, spiritual, beautiful.. the best kept secret in Bali and highlight of our trip! Maybe because it was a quiet time of the year but we felt so spoilt having such a glorious environment and great service and smiles all to ourselves. Gardens/pool/ambience exquisite.
