| Opened in April 2005 as an extension of the Bauer Hotel the new annex called Bauer Casa Nova, is located in the heart of the ancient part of Venice, only few steps from St. Mark´s Square. This oasis of calm can be found in the secluded “Calle 13 Martiri” – a typical, romantic Venetian alley.
