Comment: PASAMOS DOS NOCHES , LA PRIMERA EN UNA HABITACION TAN PEQUEÑA QUE NO NOS PODIAMOS MOVER LOS DOS A LA VEZ!! LA SEGUNDA NOS PUSIERON EN OTRA BASTANTE MEJOR. NO PUEDE SER QUE COBREN LO MISMO. DEMASIADO CARO PARA LOS SERVICIOS QUE TIENE, SOLO LO COMPESA ,ALGO, LA AMABILIDAD EN RECEPCION.

Comment: The breakfast service and selection needs to be improved. You have to wait a long time for the staff to realize you are there

Comment: This hotel has an intimate and personal feel with extremely helpful staff. It is a very short walk from the duomo etc and only a ten/fifteen minute transfer from the airport. Our bedroom was small but well equipped. There is a lovely courtyard in which to sit when one has walked quite enough!

Comment: Booked a double de-luxe roon which was disappointingly extremely small and hardly de-luxe for a supposed 5* hotel. Good location - round the corner from main Pisa sites.
