| Golfo di Marinella is at about 10 Km. from Olbia, 5 Km. from Golfo Aranci, at 5 Km. from Porto Rotondo and at 12 Km. from the milestone showing the beginning of Costa Smeralda. It is well known since the time CIF, part of our ITI Hotels group, started building at the beginning of the seventies, the “Ginepro”, “Cala Reale” and “Eucaliptus” resorts, with about 2.500 beds in total. Its fame is now enriched by the nearby touristic harbour of Marana and by the “Colonna Beach Hotel & Residence” which, with its 220 beds in total, integrates and completes one among the most exclusive and beautiful beaches of the island and, maybe, of the whole Mediterranean.The hotel includes the two central blocks of the “Eucaliptus” resort with which it shares a splendid swimming pool, in front of “Piazzetta Colonna” from where a pedestrian path reaches the beginning of the beach , located at about 200 metres. Wonderfully integrated in a park of trees, flowers, lawn, all rooms enjoy exclusive gardens. The 86 rooms are divided in “Standard”, “with lateral view of the sea” and “with frontal view of the sea” and are all equipped with colour satellite TV, safe, fridge, telephone, hairdryer, some of them with balcony or terrace. The 12 apartments are divided in “One-room flat”, ´Two-rooms flat”, “Three-rooms flat with an attic” and are all equipped with kitchen area. |
