The restaurant seats 280 guests and it is surrounded by outdoor areas dedicated to wellness and sport: 2 tennis courts and an outdoor 25 metre swimming pool. The resort also includes a spacious conference centre, with 7 modular meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 700 delegates.

The UNA Restaurant offers Tuscan specialties and typical dishes from the Versilia coast cousine. The restaurant is particularly renowned for his ‘catch of the day’ fish menu. Every recipe is presented by the chef in a ´Light´ version richer in taste and aroma. The ‘a la carte’ menu changes regularly following the seasons with local ingredients specially selected by the chef. To accompany your meal a wide choice from the best Tuscany and Italian wines is available from our cellars.
