Comment: Bed was very hard. Air conditioning not very efficient at night when the room became too warm despite attempts to alter room thermastat

Comment: This was one of our favorite hotels during our Italy visit. The junior suite was very large, comfortable and very clean. The bathrooms were high quality. The pool was spectacular and the sunset from the roofdeck bar was amazing. Christian, a bartender/server, made our visit as well. He was so pleasant and helpful and gracious. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and highly recommend it. We used it as a place to stay so we could easily get to Pisa, Cinque Terre and Montepulciano for day trips.

Comment: There were only a few chairs/beds by the swimming pool and also only 6 parasols. So you have to wait before you can lay down in the shadow.

Comment: Die Situation am Pool war sehr schlecht. Viel zu wenig Liegen und keine sehr freundlichen Bademeister. Die WC`s im Erdgeschoss waren im schlechten/dreckigem Zustand; es standen viel zu wenig Fahrräder zu Verfügung. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war für den Preis ok. Das angepriesene Abendessen am Pool war einfallslos, jedenfalls für den Preis!

Comment: Kommentar: excellentes Hotel, sehr modern und guter service, toller pool sowie fruehstuecksangebot; haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt Vorschlaege: Strandzugang ist ein problem, da er von anderen Hotels belegt ist, ddeshalb diesen sichern durch Kooperation mit einem anderen Hotel; Sicht der Zimmer ist nicht ueberragend
