Comment: Je trouvé la chambre assez petite, le mobilier pas terrible, les matelas sont très dures, je suis allé avec mon frère et ma fille et toutes les matins on avait mal au dos; la climatisation trop bruyant, les photos des chambres ne correspondent pas a la réalité. Sinon l'hôtel dehors la chambre est très beau, la terrasse est magnifique, mais le personnel est très froide et de fois pas gentil. Le garçon qui a monte les valises été très gentille par contre avec les garçons qui servaient dans le bar de la terrasse . Le Petite déjeuner moyen, pas très nature. Je suis comment déçu de la commodité et de la beaute de ma chambre pendant mon séjour.

Comment: I booked this hotel because it had a roof terace bar it does not tell you that it only opens in summer months. It was 20 degrees when we visited rome so it would have been nice to have been able to see the city from the roof. A number of other guests only booked for this reason to. I think it should be stated on web site when it is open.

Comment: There was no way of closing properly (not to mention locking) the bathroom door. That would be my only gripe. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I would certainly return.
