Comment: Check-in: When we arrived to the hotel we were very early and although they made us wait for about 30 min., they offered us beverages and eventually checked us in at no extra charge. Location: The hotel is in a more expensive area near the Spanish steps. I'm not really sure why this area was more expensive but all the important landmarks were not too far. We were able to walk most of Rome in 2 days. Given a choice, I would probably stay closer to the Colosseum next time. Amenities: They have a gym which I usually use on vacation, but it wasn't anything special and I spent a total of 10 min. in there. It was also inconvenient because one of the staff members had to let me in. I never tried the spa. The breakfast was awesome and the view was great from the rooftop. Disappointed that wifi was 20 Euros a day- EXPENSIVE! Room: Very clean, but not to large and no jacuzzi as promised. Overall a good hotel for the price, but I think there are probably better deals.

Comment: Could do with iron in room or one available, only laundry service available but not same day which caused us a problem. Should have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Comment: When at arrival I was given a different room than the one that I had booked feeling tricked to accept something that I did not order. Second our room were leaking from the roof in the bathroom and there were issues about ants a lot of them No excuses no reduction in price or anything ells to mend the situation This is not good enough for such a hotel.

Comment: Very dissapointed because one reason we booked this hotel was the Rooftop Bar and wonderful views over the city of Rome. Only to find that it was closed off and not accesible. The spa facilities are extremely expensive 25 Euro per peron - no mention of a charge is mentioned on the website.

Comment: La colazione è abbastanza ricca masarebbe opportuno trovare tutto fino alla fine del servizio tutto e non solo quello che rimane ( es: alle 9,45 le brioches erano finite e i camerieri iniziavano a riordinare e portare via tutto).
