Comment: J'ai déjà écrit à l'hôtel concernant le pt-déj. Vous recevez un bon pour un café avec une viennoiserie dans le bar d'en face. Comme mes enfants ne boivent pas de café, après réclamation, nous avons du payer le thé et le jus d'orange à moitié prix que nous avions commandé à la place des cafés! Vaudrait mieux proposer la chambre sans petit-déjeuner à mon avis ...

Comment: Rooms are very noisy from the roads and from the corridor. "Breakfast" is only a cappuccino + croissant in a café next door. Furniture is very cheap and poor bed quality. Staff is friendly and location next to vatican is very good.

Comment: Location of the hotel was great, easy access to anywhere you need to go. We walked to all Gaudis building as they were within walking distance. 2 minutes walk to the Catalunya metro and 10minutes walk to the Aerobus station to the airport. Consider moving the communal computer in the hotel to a comfortable area, where you can sit down while using the internet as currently you have to stand. The quality of breaksfast needs some improvement. The bar at the hotel does not open the whole day and we were there on a public holiday 01 November and the hotel bar did not open the whole day. This is unacceptable.

Comment: Very friendly staff, nice modern room, great location, good value for your money. It should be said that the breakfast included consists of a coffee and a croissant and it's not an actual breakfast. It would be nice to have access to a refrigerator in the hotel. The windows are insulated, so you cannot hear the noise from the street, but the walls are thin. We were staying next to a couple with a baby, and the baby crying kept us awake at night.

Comment: Excellent location, very clean. Safe neighborhood. Amazing atmosphere. Staff most friendly and helpful. Make sure to give them your travel arrangements as front desk not staffed unless someone arriving or checking out. Also, no phones in room to call them, must have cell.

Comment: Le double vitrage est insuffisant pour assurer une bonne insonorisation . Hotel situé sur une voie à fort trafic. Des tickets sont remis à l'arrivée pour la prise du petit déjeuner ( capuccino et croissant) à prendre hors de l'hotel.
