The wonderful building occupied by the Angkor Spirit Palace was built in 1988 as a cultural centre to teach aspiring artists the gentle but exacting art of traditional Apsara dancing. The traditional Khmer restaurant is located contiguous to the Hotel and serves Western and Asian food. However, the specialty is introducing guests to Khmer food.
