The restaurant will serve Japanese contemporary cuisine around a Sushi bar and teppaniaki cooking. The French interior designer, Didier Gomez, has created a contrast of harmony with a surrounding city environment due to an interior Japanese garden offering tranquillity and serenity. The Bar is the place to see and be seen, the perfect venue for afternoon tea under the atrium, all day dining and evening rendez-vous. Three meeting and banqueting rooms can welcome 10 to 110 persons. This is truly a palace hotel symbol of new luxury, in tune with the times.
