Comment: room and bathroom need a good deep clean, eiderdown on bed dirty and bathroom full of mould, also could not keep water in sink as stopper was broken. plus musty smellin room.

Comment: Lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'appartement n'était pas très propre il a fallu demander qu'on le nettoie un peu ce qui a été fait immédiatement .Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la salle d'eau L'appartement était très froid le chauffage a été mis en marche des que nous l'avons demandé.Le grille pain qui ne fonctionnait pas a été remplacé sans aucune difficulté a notre demande. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Il manque un peu d'entretien et de suivi dans la gestion de cet établissementqui par ailleur est très bien situé.

Comment: This would have been a perfect stay if the self catering facility was improved i.e. microwave in apartment and a better set of pots and pans. I had to throw away all my cooking and wasted a lot of meals due to the cheap burning pots.
