Comment: Sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels, bedeutet alles ist gut erreichbar, Busse, weitere Restaurants, Uferpromenade, Geschäfte etc. . Sehr guter Service, spitzen Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Restaurants und ein toller Dachpool.

Comment: We enjoyed our stay at the Palace but we were disappointed with the room design, bathroom being half open so whoever is in the bathroom or tiolet the person in the room can hear. The room view and bed were very nice, we had a deluxe room I would recommend an upgrade to everyone the comfort room is not worth getting as it's really small and no balcony facing inwards no view- waste of money. The reception staff were friendly and the swimming pool facilities are really nice and gym. Location is good, breakfast buffer did not serve fresh orange juice or have a chef preparing fresh omlettes. I would come back if I could afford the superior rooms or suites as they look and are amazing.

Comment: We had a fantastic stay at The Palace. We stayed there for four nights on the "Wellness Package" and when we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop pool and loungin area is very nicely laid out and the cocktails are fantastic!!!We would definitely return to this hotel.

Comment: The service here did not match up to a 5 star hotel service in the UK. It felt more like a UK 4 star hotel. Things are not always explained to you, for example you are seated for breakfast but nobody tells you what to do, same for dinner in the other restaurants at the hotel. You feel as though you have to ask all of the questions. The hotel itself was lovely interior, but you could hear everything outside the room because the floors are tiled so you can hear furniture being dragged early in the morning by housekeeping too.

Comment: Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il n'y a pas le raffinement que l'on pourrait en attendre. J'ai eu l'occasion d'occuper une chambre dans un 3 étoiles dans un autre pays où ce raffinement était présent.

Comment: The Hotel is good but the service staff was so arrogant. People in the reception doesn't realize that they work for their hotel guests. And was overcharged for breakfast, had it included but ordered delivery to our room, total cost 44 Euros per day. When mentioning to the hotel manager that I was charged twice for breakfast they didn't want to listen at all.

Comment: Il personale era molto gentile, la prima colazione da 3 stelle, grande pecca l´aria condizionata automatizzata (risultava spenta perchè non serviva ma faceva comunque sempre un fastidiosissimo rumore). Avevo una camera superior al 7. piano, vista palazzo Capua e altri palazzi più o meno brutti - poveri loro che stanno al 1,2 o 3. piano perchè non hanno nessuna vista !

Comment: Qualité de la salle de bain (rouille, problème d´évacuation) à améliorer. Réception TV de mauvaise qualité, en particulier chaine française. Qualité de la literie excellente.

Comment: This is not a five star hotel. It is however good value for money. Cleaning staff in particular need to be spot-checked regularly to ensure good service (even for a 3*). I would recommend the hotel, but advise not to expect 5* quality.
