Comment: Eliminate the /day fee for wireless. The hotel is surrounded by bars and cafes that offer it for free. Brighter lighting in the bathroom and put out the toiletries mentioned on the website, but for which we had to ask. Lower the price on the bottled water in each room. We bought six liters for just a little more than they charge for one liter. It is an excellent, clean, friendly place ideally located near the bus system and ferries. The staff is very helpful and arranged an excellent airport taxi for us.

Comment: We had to ask for a move when a wedding was held at the hotel. No warning of event and noise it would make. If our room's decor was anything to go by, this hotel needs an extreme makeover. However, can't praise the staff highly enough, they were first class - pity they have such inferior bedrooms (well ours anyway).

Comment: Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es etwas traurig, dass zum Frühstück kein richtiger O-Saft gereicht wird. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Comment: Petit-déjeuner indigne d'un hôtel 4* même en normes locales. L'hôtel (de 1997) mérite une bonne rénovation d'ensemble !!! Point positif : l'espace spa/piscine très agréable (mais beaucoup plus récent que l'hôtel)

Comment: L'hôtel est un peu vieillot, un peu loin de l'image d'un 4*. Heureusement que l'on accède aux services du Palace Hôtel 5* (piscine, restaurants, spa)
