Comment: The hotel is quite old but the general conditions are acceptable. I must say that it should be value for money. It takes me about 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the hotel to the major scenic area. There is no pedestrian pavement along the road in front of the hotel and there are lots of "pitfalls" , i.e. the roadside drains. Perhaps, it is very common in Malacca and you must take great care when walking. The staff are all very helpful and courteous indeed.

Comment: 1) breakfast does not have much choices 2) Swimming pool is not well maintained 3) There are areas beside the swimming pool which are not repaired - scary to the children 4) No towels provided at the swimming pool 5) Toilets for women are far from the swimming pool area 6) To lock the door still use keys & not card 7) The reception didn't tell us that we do not have to lock the door when going out from our room. There are notices about that in the lift & at the room's door but the writing is too small

Comment: The room size is nice with the money that i paid. However, the furniture is a bit run down considering the age of the hotel. The bed is too soft and old. I think it is time for this hotel to have new furnitures. However, apart from all those, it was a pleasant stay.

Comment: Air-Con warm & noisy throughout the night. Bath tub stains all over. Yikes! Complimentary tea/coffee came AFTER 3rd request. No fridge in room. Sunken mattress. Breakfast spread ok. For the price i am sure there are other better Hotels.
