Comment: Hotel Sentral is a fantastic hotel that is highly recommended. It is extremely convenient and the facilities were clean and welcoming. Staff could benefit from smiling more but this is a very small criticism for a fantastic stay.

Comment: We needed an adapter from Malaysian switch to Indian plugs. That was not available and we were asked to buy it from a shop kind of a thing near the reception. But these kind of adapters were readily available in the other hotels in which we stayed (in Langkawi and Genting). As such we were not expecting their unavailability in a hotel like Sentral.

Comment: The hotel assigned me a room in which the previous guest has yet checked out!!! We entered our room upon check-in and realized the bedding has been used and there's a bag on the bed, which means someone else is staying in that room! The Front Office then assigned another room for us but without any apology or compensation. Amazing!!

Comment: The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the room can be cleaner! especially the walls should be painted! pencils mark are clearly noticeable! Overall it can be rated 3 stars.

Comment: I stayed in Hotel Sentral for 2 nights during early Apr 2010. Pros: 1. hotel is quite new. Not luxury, but good for biz traveler. 2. breakfast is clean and good taste. 3. Price is acceptable (my rate is internet rate) Cons: 1. The street outside is not very clean. Pretty old street. 2. I can hear noise while someone open the door of utility room located right next to my room and it's pretty loud. 3. I can smell smoke coming from the alley.

Comment: On our 1st stay the breakfast had run out of many items and it was very chaotic in the breakfast room and around the buffet all though we came at the end of breakfast. I don't believe the breakfast team was really guest focused.

Comment: Remove or reduce volume of door alarm warning that door is not shut properly and/or adjust doors so that they shut completely. Regularly disturbed by alarms during night when adjoining room guests arrived back to rooms and doors did not shut completely.

Comment: We ordered mango juice - didn't have. The ordered a lassi - out of yoghurt. Service in restaurant non existent. Staff very pleasant. Room clean. Next to mosque so call to prayer at 6 am.
