Comment: Feedback form filled out on site when checking out. Excellent service. The staff were very special.....especially Elynne....Please thank all however, as everyone contributed to our fantastic experience in Langkawi. The manager, Tom was very kind, arranging shower and change facilities after we had checked out as our flight was not intil 1930hrs. These sort of things make for a standout experience. We will defintely return and recommend to others. Well done to all at at Casa Del Mar.

Comment: Excellent boutique hôtel. Site magnifique, Hôtel très calme ( sans enfants). Situation privilégiée dan le Nord de la la plage .Merci à Tom et à toute son équipe. Gardez cette ambiance feutrée, très conviviale. Bar à fréquenter en fin de journée. Cuisine exquise.

Comment: We loved our stay at Casa Del Mar. The only complaint we had was the serving of drinks during our dinner. It took them over a 1/2 hour to serve us our cocktails and a glass of wine. Our entrees came before the drinks. The service staff blamed the bartender. Needless to say, we did not have dinner there again even though the food was excellent. Also, the desk and bathroom counter are rather cluttered with cute things but it doesn't leave much room for the guest to store their personal items.

Comment: Superb location and room was great with a lovely view of the beach and sea. Fel like we were in paradise. Only downside was the evening meals were expensive and the service was not that great - very slow. In general table service in Malaysia is not that great as service charge is already included in the bill (why do they need to bother!) so they don't. Would stay there again if went back. Price of accommodation great value for money in comparison to UK but would not say it was cheap.

Comment: Ne pas venir avec enfant, cadre intimiste propice au repos absolu. La cuisine est excellente et le cadre juste un peu prêt de la route est très bien tenu et d'un charme indiscutable.
