Comment: Historic hotel, interesting building. Staff warm, friendly, helpfull. Hotel overpriced because of its history. Location far from anything - need totravel into town for any variety. Rooms - traffic/lorry noise on main road. Bearing in mind the high price of the rooms - they are running it a bit 'lean and mean' - I would have expected decent bathroom toiletiries, Some people were given 'bar nibbles' with their drinks, sometimes not. Sometimes bread was served before dinner, sometimes not - not consistent enough. The Bar and the lounge are both smoking areas which was terrible - being a non smoker. They could easily make one room non-smoking. However, it was a good stay and we really enjoyed the Cameron Highlands - especially the tea plantations, fresh cool air, and the tropical landscape.

Comment: Neighbor had a cigar and we could smell it for hours while trying to relax and fall asleep in the room. No pleasant.

Comment: Just a suggerstion, as I'm staying in a family suite, a toilet to be shared by 5 adults and a baby is simply not enough. I understand the space constrain part. Maybe the toilet can be partioned into 2 parts which can be used at the same time. 1 side for showering only while the other side can use the basin and WC. In this way, the person who wishes to use the WC don't have to wait for the person inside to finish showering. But overall, we are very happy with the service and quality of the hotel. Thanks to the great staffs there

Comment: TV and internet access in the rooms is my only suggestion as to how to improve the facilities. Staff were excellent, location superb and a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. Fantastic!

Comment: Die Preise für das Essen sind massiv überteuert. Das Personal dürfte dem europäischen Standard angepasst werden. Sprachprobleme und zu schnelles Abräumen der Teller, obwohl der Gast noch nicht fertig gegessen hat. Frühstück mit einem "alten" Toaster sehr dürftig. Tolles upgrade in das Honeymoon Zimmer. Verkehrslärm sehr lästig in Zimmer 10
