Comment: I stayed room 319 for 2 nites, on 30th nite 3 time power cut, its took half an hour to fix each time. no fast action from mgt site. They didnt give any discount [actual rate RM145.00]. In fact I told manager in charge Ms.Suseela about the problem. Overall I would like to rate 45/100 marks.[ below satisfaction]

Comment: 1. the bed is small despite single double, not to mention the room size 2. how come there is no towel provided? not even a piece 3. the location of the hotel......god! there is no signboard within 10 km radius.....not even a pole

Comment: The room is way too small. The reception who greeted us wasnt freindly and helpful when told that we wanted to single beds. In the end as to no other choice we accepted the room. Website stated that cable and in house videos were avaibable . When we got to the room the tv itself is pathetic 14 inches with local stations not clear enough to watch. It is a very shameful room condition. Never would recommend to others.
