Comment: the staffs are friendly and helpful. only thing is no lift supply. It's ok for young people . if possible supply a mini fridge . the best and value hotel in town esp for those who like to do shopping and enjoying food. it's very very convinent to take public transport just across the road .... wonderful.... RM 1 can reach the malacca sentral for non air cond bus . children enjoyed taking the ' old old bus' which were not be able to see in our country.

Comment: The photos of the hotel room on the website should not be different from the exact ones. We are surprised that the rooms do not have any windows ( different from what we see and expect from the website)

Comment: I was made to wait for almost 2 hours even though I specified I was arriving at 1PM. I was made to wait because the previous occupants were still in the room. If the hotel would have called and inform me, then I will be able to take note and have my lunch first. Instead, my lunch was at 3PM. No apology note, no complimentary service or compensation was given. It the hotel would just apologize and explain, it would have been fine. However, no such thing was done. Besides, the valet jockey is not that alert when they see a car signalling in, they expect guests to come out of their car and approach them. This is applicable to a certain number of them. NOT everyone of them was not alert. Location is the only thing that is bringing me back to that hotel. Other than that, none what so ever. Thanks.

Comment: Should have more spare room cards. eg. my dad stayed in room to rest early while we want to go out for supper due to insufficient of room cards by front desk, we have to call the front desk or to wake up my dad to open the door. This has made inconvenience to the guest. Overall is good & value for money. And the most I appreciate was have car jokey to park our car in house & take good care of it.

Comment: Overall, this is a good (first class) budget hotel. I understand they are undergoing renovations for better services. The only minor downside was during check-in, it took a long time for the Front Office to generate our room keys.

Comment: Once i check in, i really regret due to the room i book is without window. The facilities in the room are good and they provide car jockey easier for us to park our vehicle. I did send an email 3 weeks before i book online to ensure that the room i book with window. Although they want to change the room for me but i refuse due to the room not nice, change to 2 twin bed room instead of 1 deluxe room.

Comment: Very difficult to find Hotel even using GPS; clearer driving directions with booking form would be helpful. Although 3 people booked in room only suplies for 2 provided, easily rectified by asking cleaner. Being met by 'car jockey' at the door an excellent idea. It was clear there were no meals provided when booking but well stocked 'dairy' across the road with large mall diagonally situated.

Comment: the restroom facilities may need some change. The shower head was detached from the hose tubing when turned to higher pressure. Though the sink could still be used, it was chipped and broken in the middle.

Comment: The bathroom is an accident prone area as the shower curtains are too short resulting in the whole area being extemely wet after a bath. There should be more basic amenities in the toilet,like maybe a bar of soap.Besides that the rest are ok.
