Comment: On line, the hotel was labelled 3 stars hotel. At the reception upon checking in- the receptionist confirmed that it was a 3 stars hotel. I expected a minimum cleanliness... :-( A very expensive budget hotel (240 RM) for its service and room conditions. The carpet on staircases is extremely dirty as if it never cleaned/shampoed at all. Our room's carpet had stains mostly all over and did not smell clean :-( Breakfast (local food) - very limited choice.

Comment: The insulation was terrible and the room was infested with red ants. which bite.

Comment: Would be great to inform the hotel to install a telephone in each room. Secondly, the reception staff not sure how to print out a hotel bill for me, that I need to ask them to mail to me by post.
