Comment: On arrival, the receptionist was unattentive and grumpy. The airport transfer was twice the price of a taxi and they did not make it clear that it would be charged in addition to the room rate.

Comment: When we arrived, we were given a bad room from the old wingnwhich faced a disco with loud music going on till midnight, when we toldbthe reception, they told us they don't have vacant room, it affect our sleep badly, later they agreed to change our room after complaining a few times. The staff were not very attentive and are very poor in communication. We have to keep reminding them and they keep making mistakes over time etc. I was in fect very disappointed with our stay there and will never recommend any friends. One worst situation was the operator has made a mistake by telling us a wrong quote for calling international call & when we foot the bills, it was ridiculously over charge, they refuse to admit the mistakes & in the end they give us a free ride to the airport.
