Comment: The reception staff (in particular Diana and Paola) were very courteaous, efficient, helpful and friendly at all times. The staff in the pool bar (except for Marcio and a Brazilian whose name I can't remember: they were both good) could learn to smile a bit more. The quality and quantity of the snacks need to improve a bit more, too.
