Comment: we had a problem with noise in our room of some animal for the whole stay, and in addition to that we had a small lizzard wlaking in our room which is discasting... by the way we ordered the deluxe room

Comment: Telephoon in the room was old and had a poor quality of sound. WIFI was very slow and I think it schould be free in the hotel.

Comment: Très bonne situation géographique de l'hotêl... à part ça, nous sommes déçus des prestations offertes: _Accueil quelconque, voire désagréable, personnel ne parlant que très peu anglais. _Ascenseurs très très lents. _Insonorisation des chambres déplorables. _Lit de notre 1ere chambre qui penche d'un coté: le personnel vient rapidement, mais la seule solution trouvée a été de rajouter un matelas pour "remettre" le lit à niveau.... _Piscine petite, revêtement au sol peu agréable. _Qualité des fruits au petit déjeuner , et peu de variété proposée. _Hotêl pour le tourisme de masse, impersonnel au possible. _Accès internet wifi payant et très cher pour la région (un webcafé se trouve en face de l'hotel et coute 5 fois moins cher...!!) _Idem pour le Laundry...

Comment: The staff was rude. Did not welcome us or say thank you or goodbye when we left. Bed was horrible and old. Pool was dirty. The Worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

Comment: Mit dem Hotel im allgemeinen und dem Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Gestört hat uns die Sauberkeit im Restaurant beim Frühstück. Hier könnte einiges verbessert werden, z.B. sollten die Fenster besser geputzt werden. Eine schöne Aussicht kann auch im Zimmer getrübt werden, wenn die Fenster verschmiert sind.

Comment: AS ALWAYS,FRONT DESK STAFFS WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE ENOUGH UPON CHECKING- IN.REQUEST FOR ROOM TYPES WAS MET WITH DISGUST AND COULDNT CARE LESS ATTITUDE. OTHERWISE AN EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY IN.

Comment: Hotel located very close to the Night Bizarre. So great for shopping and eating out in the evening. Plenty of Tuk Tuks outside for cheap trips around town. Staff were very helpful. A great range of day trips available at good prices. A/C seemed to be stuck on super-cold and room a little noisey at night, no free wi-fi in the room only the Executive Lounge.
