Comment: From the minute I checked in the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Every need was attended to promptly. The room was great, breakfast was wonderful and they even packed it to go for the train ride back to Taipei.

Comment: Staff very friedly and helpful, room newly and well furnished, comfortable beds. Complimentary pick-up service from and to Hualien train station. We can highly recommend this hotel.
