Comment: The room is too dark. And as I stayed in 901, I must say the sound insulation from the gym is not great when people start running at 8am !

Comment: We were very happy with the service, we arrived very early in the morning from Europe, the hotel made a room available for us to rest after a 17 hour flight then upgraded us to a Jr Suite. Much appreciated.

Comment: had a useless mini refrig that didn't work, shower door that didn't close and a cellphone that worked half the time. facilities are getting old need upgrade

Comment: excellent hotel and service, five star hotel, not one thing to complain about, the staff went overboard to make you feel welcom. just loved it.
