Comment: Breakfast orange juice needs to be chilled, milk for cereals should be fresh. Corridors need a good hoovering, dust along wall/floor edges. Bedcover needs washing. Small points but at the price charged should be better

Comment: nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux, le style de l'hotel, juste un petit regret la baignoire et les wc dans la même pièce, à part cela c'était magique.

Comment: The pluses only outweigh the minuses because the price was very cheap for a London Hotel, beds were comfortable and the location excellent with its proximity to museums, cafés, restaurants, shops and Tube. The quality of service was very poor with the exception of one member of staff, a young man who served at breakfast. His companion server, female, seemed not at all interested in providing a service and managed to ignore us totally on at least three occasions. Reception staff were at best uninterested and frankly unhelpful when asked for information about a local museum. The quality of the continental breakfast was not only monotonous but shameful with not one piece if fresh fruit available - tinned fruit only and no natural yoghurt, only sweetened flavoured cartons. We were not inspired to try the cooked breakfast. We would only recommend for location and quality of beds and if the price was good.

Comment: Like most hotel rooms in older buildings, the room got quite warm. It would be an advantage to have a small opening window to improve ventilation. Having an air-conditioner/ cooling fan in the room does help, but you cannot sleep with the sound of howling fan in the room!

Comment: Bed cover not cleaned in years. No free Internet even in lobby. Worn out furniture. Tiny room. Poor quality TV set (image not even stable on several channels!). Not a 4 star by any standards.

Comment: Beaucoup trop bruyant, fenêtres fermant à peine et sans double vitrage.Isolation phonique sur couloir déficiente. Room service claquant les portes à 2h du matin...Service petit déjeuner nul (équipe masculine)et qualité de celui-ci très insuffisante.

Comment: Mauvais service, la réception a été incapable de nous trouver les restaurants demandés. De plus nous avons eu plus de 20 personnes différentes à votre réception d'hôtel qui n'arrivait pas à répondre à nos divers questions. Intolérable.

Comment: personnel exclusivement étranger, ne parlant pas bien anglais. Chauffage défectueux et donc inopérant dans la chambre. Glacial les 2 premières nuits où l'on me conseillait de mettre l'air co ne fonctionnant pas correctement non plus!!!! Ventilation salle de bain ultra bruyante

Comment: Un hôtel charmant. Les chambres sont petites mais bien décorées.Le personnel est jeune, très sympatique et toujours prêt à rendre service. L'hôtel est situé tout près du metro S. Kensington. Le quartier est agréable : beaucoup de bons restaurants.
