London’s Capital Restaurant is legendary. It is deemed one of UK’s top city restaurants. The Capital Restaurant’s menus have a distinct French influence whilst still featuring more traditional English dishes such as braised oxtail. Executive Chef Jerome Ponchelle, formerly of Wiltons, trained with Michel Bourdin at the Connaught rising up to be his sous-chef. Jerome has brought with him a classic British style of cooking sweeping away any ideas of pretention and replacing them with robust.
