Comment: Le vrai mauvais point est sur la qualité de la literie. Pour le reste qui est quasi parfait, offrir un matelas défoncé ou beaucoup trop mou n'est pas digne de l'ensemble, surtout que c'est réellement sur le lit que l'on séjourne le plus!

Comment: We had room B18 on -1. In the evening a lot of people passed besides our room which gave a lot of noise, whe had to close the window because of that.
For the rest the room was very nice.

Comment: The noise from neighbouring rooms was terrible in the early hours of the morning (2-3 am) - loud music; voices, etc. Also the corridors were extremely hot, with strong cooking smells.

Comment: la planta baja donde estuvimos bastante agobiante, los pasillos moqueta sucia con mal olor, mal aireado, con basura fuera cerca de las puertas de las habitaciones. No hay indicadores de dónde estás las habitaciones / ni plano de la planta ni de las salidas de emergencia. La puertas de los pasillos no está preparadas para una emergencia ante una emergencia verdaderamente es una ratonera.
Del personal de recepción - Arthur fue el único que sabe gestionar, muy profesional y da una agradable imagen al hotel.

Comment: There seemed to be no sound insulation at all. We had 2 nights disturbed sleep. It was very muggy and hot weather and the room was far too hot. There was one window but as this opened onto an outside walkway this did not offer much help. The room was not clean and there was no room service - we stayed 2 nights so would have appreciated a change of towels and top ups on body wash and shampoo.

Comment: Fabulous! Very clean, we found the room size fine-we had a double bed and double sofa bed. Plenty of room for 4 people.
the only 2 small negatives;
The room was extremely hot, despite both windows open and not even a hot day/night.
the TV could do with at a least freeview package.
And free-wifi would have been nice!

Comment: the room was not cleaned ones for the the whole week that I stayed, It was posed to been cleaned on the 4th day so I complained but it was never cleaned. There was only door between the room and the next room so I could hear people talking in the next room...

Comment: Le seul petit Bémol est la qualité de l'isolation phonique des fenêtres, mais ce problème est récurent en Angleterre avec les fenêtres à guillotine, donc pas de quoi en faire tout en plat à moins de changer la tradition Anglaise.

Comment: A recommander. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres très propres et très claires avec kitchenette adaptée. Le personnel est très sympa et les chambres sont très calmes. Nous avons été enchantés.

Dommage que le wifi soit si cher ( 6 livres par jour)
Seul bémol : très mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend les autres clients de l'hotel comme s'ils étaient juste à côté de nous.
