Comment: Breakfast although good quality ingredients is really no match in terms of choice and service from what you get in other 5* hotels such as the nearby Andaz. Size of bath is really too small for a room sold in a "Romantic Package".

Comment: The weekend rates make this a fantastic location for a break in London. You're getting superb value and the same 5* service, room, facilities as during the week when the rates are much higher.

Comment: very noisy around 8am Sunday with some kind of maintenance going on on my floor lots of loud hammering...... Nice touches in the room plenty of info although I did use the envelopes which were not replaced. Petty but fair comment.

Comment: Overall excellent - the only negative was a broken floor tile in the ensuite shower which I didn't expect to find in 5 star accomodation!

Comment: We did have a glitch on the initial room taken (due to being early), being cold, but when the problem was resolved by changing rooms, the General Manager compensated with a bottle of Champ. which was very kind and unexpected.
