Comment: yes most deffinatley staff couldnt be more helpful and so plesant.fantastic area right in the heart of leeds for great shopping and great bars a really friendly hotel with lovely and very pleasing staff from the time of checking to the time of departure do everything they can to make your stay great a well pleasing overnight stay we had recommend to anyone we will deffinatly be back again thankyou so very much.

Comment: white wine offered on arrival was warm room was very small and shabby and there was cobwebs on the lamps and dust on tops. we were genuinely dissapointed with the standards of this hotel

Comment: we were in a small room bed was more like a single instaed of a double everytime we moved it creaked more like a broom cupboard clean and tidy though and nice staff would recommend but to ask for large room

Comment: Me and my partner both loved the hotel, we would deffinately like to come back, and would like to be informed of future packages and offers. The staff were fantastic, the room was excellent, the small touches such as the tea and coffee facilities, the bath robes and the excellent choice in the mini bar made it that extra little bit special! 42 The Calls is now our favourite hotel and made our stay in leeds fantastic. A Great weekend, thanks to the hotel and the staff!

Comment: We had an absolutely lovely stay - a wonderful suite, amazing artworks everywhere, great breakfasts (first day better than second, but still very very good - but the choice, although very good quality, is quite limited), super bathroom and toiletries, and at all times we received super friendly service from the staff, both for room service and generally. We would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to visiting again. Friends who came to meet us at the hotel thought we had won the lottery (little did they know we had booked in advance direct with the hotel so paid a much lower rate than the rack rate..;-) ) The only real criticisms - frustrating keyboards to work with the email and internet on the TV, wall coverings beginning to show signs of age and a leaky wine bucket

Comment: The staff were excellent - really helpful (particualrly when I accidently left my mobile phone in the room after checking out!) The room itself was lovely - I had a great view of the River and the "extras" made for a very comfortable business trip. I would thouroughly recommend staying at the Calls. Thank you!
