Comment: good location 100mts from the prom. marco the host was very friendly and welcoming. for a b+b thought it was a litte expensive but the price seemed to in line with the hotels in the area.good breakfast and a relaxed atmosphere all in all not bad at all.

Comment: The Grand Pier is a lovely little place to stay, Marco the owner is such a great character and really really helpful. If i were to make a negative statement it would be about the parking situation but that has no bareing on the B&B it self , so overall an excellent stay. Five Star

Comment: Marco, allways helpful, in reception or preparing and serving good breakfast, makes the difference. Nice place for few days, no luxury but comfortable, clean and well situated.

Comment: Very warm welcome by Marco - who was very attentive and flexible with some adjustments needed to make to my booking. Their breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Great service, too! Would definitely stay there again!

Comment: we have had a very good couple of days here we have stayed here before with other management and that was ok but its great to be looked after so well and the fishy therapy for your feet was a expereance everybody should give it a try

Comment: We had a great stay at Grand Pier, a fantastic cooked breakfast too. We were stuck in Brighton because of the snow and got the second night for half price. Thanks to Marco and his team!

Comment: This was an all-round fabulous place to stay in Brighton (just down the road from the National Express coach station). Alex, the manager, was great. Very welcoming, helpful, genuine, and a good manager. The breakfast was exceptional, and all-in-all I can highly recommend the B&B.

Comment: Small hotel but fine fro overnight stay with 2 kids. Friendly staff, helped with bags on arrival, offered to help on leaving . Nice extra touches of bottled water and choc bar. Room small with extra bed, but for one night no problem. Only complaint was noise from street. Lovely cooked breakfast and personal service.

Comment: Location was very good as it was close to all the amenities without being right on top of it. The room was very clean but we found the en-suite a bit small. The Manager was helpful and cooked a good breakfast. My only gripe was the fact I couldn't pay with American Express, having reserved the booking with this card. This put me on the spot and I had to disappear to the cashpoint for cash and then never received a receipt for this payment. Other than that a great stay.
