Comment: Absolutely enjoyed the whole "Hope ST Hotel" Exeprience> Staff fantastic - helpful! Great place for a weekend in Liverpool > Restaurant amazing for dinner with guests, service attentive but not intrusive. Wonderful Liverpool breakfast...mine the Vegetarian version beautifully presented.

Comment: 1. the phone in the room was very dusty. 2. the bathrobe in the closet had lipstick mark on it. 3. the toilet bowl had pieces of toilet paper before we used it. 4. the trash can under the sink also had garbage in it. 5. was difficult to use the shower, whole toilet floor can get really wet.

Comment: There was hardly any space between the end of the bed and the wardrobe. Both my husband and I went home with bruised shins from banging our legs on the wooden bedframe.

Comment: Instructions on how to use shower would be useful! Breakfast was not as good as expected given cost of hotel.

Comment: The room and the bathroom had no shelves or drawers. Clothes and personal hygiene items had to be stored in suitcase and on the bathroom floor. Very inconvenient. The desk had no lamp. No drawer at bedside table. No napkins or paper towers for the coffee and dishes. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom. On floor with wet shower floor. No parking and fee was too high. Breakfast cost was much too high. Food prices in restaurant too high.

Comment: We enjoyed our stay greatly and would certainly return again. My only quibble being that the room became very warm overnight and it wasn't til the next morning that I noticed a small fan in the corner of the room, bit of a giveaway. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Comment: Excellent staff and cleanliness. No adverse comments apart from cost of dining. Through booking via your oganisation a more reasonable accomodation was achieved otherwise we would not have stayed there.
