Comment: We had to share room 202 with a large beetle like insect measuring 2" long.I mentioned it to the front desk manager the first morning to have it removed but ended up catching myself the next day and presenting(in a plastic bag) to the same individual.If interested,we have some digital photographs of this creature to share with you. Comment: Everyone at the front desk was friendly. I loved the free bottles of water and the chocolates. I really felt people did their best for the clientele.

Comment: Bathrooms had no surfaces to set things on, such as clothing, makeup products, toiletries, etc. and room had no surface near outlet for curling iron.
