Comment: Although we booked two queen beds, we were given a room with a single queen bed and no explanation, did they think we would not notice? We were then given a rollaway bed for our son which was quite sunken in the middle. The second day we could change rooms to one with 2 queen beds. This was good except that there was not enough water pressure to take a shower. There were several creeping critters in the bedding. At breakfast the waiter struggled with english and we had to ask 3 times to get a glass of orange juice. The hotel is decorated nicely and the staff were friendly. The location across from the beach was fantastic.

Comment: I am furious at this hotel. We were midnight arrival booked into deluxe room. I had called three times during the week to make sure they would hold our room even though we were coming in late. Got there and our room was taken. Had an awful awful room by kitchen on noisy first floor. There is routine overbooking at this hotel.

Comment: would not return to this hotel. it is cute in the photos but the staff are rude, the restaurant is awful, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything in th lobb, and all the rooms around you.

Comment: Will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Booked a room through the hotel website for 2 queen beds. When we arrived they gave us a tiny tiny room with ONE queen bed. I had to sleep on a roll away bed. Tried to make the best of it but it was awful. The manger said that there were no other rooms available and could do nothing!!! We were told we would have a complimentary breakfast. After breakfast the following morning the restaurant owner did not want to honor the hotels request and I spent one fighting for our comp breakfast. There is no parking valet and if you want to use the hotel's parking you have to drive to the back of the hotel, get out of your car and open an old iron gate to enter the hotels parking lot. Not a good experience on any level!

Comment: Chambre qui sentait la cigarette, frigidaire qui ne fermait pas, et aucune réaction bien qu'on l'ait signalé à notre arrivée. On est donc restés 1 nuit au lieu de 4 et avons été surtaxés de fait.
