Comment: we booked rooms for couple of 3 and arrived at 10.00am in morning & were advised only 1 room available they had water problems with others & were offered another hotel miles away from central location. We refused, two rooms were upgraded ours was single room picture advertised on your website reasonable size but outdated '90's bedspread nothing like elegant double rooms advertised. Many people on tripadvisor had complained of same excuse being given & being moved to another location. . Location was excellent though.
