Comment: Exceptional location, however you need a car because the tiny shuttle is booked in advance, particularly before dinner, and frequently you have no choice but to take taxi. Free parking the hotel offers is a great benefit. The hotel needs renovation but it is good value for money. Once it is renovated the prices may go up.

Comment: Attention au comportement du personnel d'accueil (commentaires derrière le dos des clients). Par ailleurs le recours systématique à un voiturier pour garer sa voiture est un peu contraignant.

Comment: The first room we were in reeked of mildew. We were moved to a second room which was quite nice, but we had to call in a technician when our bathroom ceiling experienced severe leakage due to faulty air conditioning. Meanwhile, the second room we had for our friends had to be changed twice--their first room had no air conditioning and their second room had no lighting near the bed. Overall, quite a stressful stay for both couples.

Comment: L'hôtel nécessite une renovation totale, surtout en ce qui concerne les chambres (tapis, salle de bain). La cuisine laisse à souhaiter ... Le point le plus fort de l'hôtel : vue magnifique sur le port du Monaco

Comment: Siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'odore che c'era in camera! Abbiamo dovuto spalancare la finestra e uscire per un paio d'ore dalla camera!!!!! In ascensore invece ancora peggio perchè non c'era cattivo odore, ma PUZZA!!!! Ovviamente tutto quello che vi ho scritto è stato detto alla signorina della reception quando ho pagato prima di partire. Il servizio lascia molto a desiderare, quando si arriva c'è una confusione di macchine davanti all'hotel e non si riesce a capire dove fermarsi, ovviamente nessuno viene ad accoglierti e i bagagli te li devi scaricare da solo e portare alla reception quando chiedi la camera. PESSIMOOOOOO!!!!!!

Comment: Our stay in Vista Palace was a happy one. The view was unbelievable !The staff were all extremely helpfull and pleasant.The lack of a small shop was disappointing; due to the location of the hotel it would have been of great service to have been able to purchase small necessities as needed. Our only real concern was the quality of the breakfast. the food was far from what we had hoped for;lukewarm tea and coffee was always a disappointement;the restaurant staff though were pleasant and tried hard though perhaps understaffed for such demanding guests
