Comment: We requested an Executive room not on the street three months before our arrival. That request was not fulfilled. However, the street side room was adequately insulated and noise was not a major issue although it was not completely insulated from street noise.

Comment: Terrific location but when arriving on foot be sure to map out ahead of time since the hotel is not on a main street. 10 minute walk across the Seine to the Louvre. Staff, especially Anya (sp?) is very helpful. Best hotel I've stayed at in Paris. Great value.

Comment: While you have a great location, the rooms feel small,dumpy, not clean and don't appear renovated so it feels dirty. For the price you ask per night, it's not such a great deal. Improving the rooms, including breakfast would be helpful given the price.Not all the staff was friendly nor helpful but 1 lady was truly customer service oriented.

Comment: I don't quite understand why the hotel is 3*. The only perks it has to offer are location and air-conditioning in the rooms (which we didn't need in the autumn). The rooms are very small and in need of renovation (walls are dirty, some stuff in the bathroom is broken etc). I also can't explain why hotel is ranked so high by the tripadvisor (the reason I booked it).

Comment: (1) More sound insulation would help. The street was quite noisy on weekend evenings. (2) We would have liked a sleep covering that was not as warm as the comforters supplied ... specifically a light blanket.

Comment: seule petite reccomandation, le samedi soir un bar, juste en face de l entree de l'hôte,l est bondé, et de nombreuses personnes boivent dans la rue, tout est trés sympa, mais je pense que les clients qui avaient leur chambre sur cette rue peuvent être dérangés tard dans la nuit, sans cela tout est ok slts distinguées
