Comment: The hotel was well presented with huge rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was satisfactory (food could have been kept warmer), the students doing work experience were at times at a loss and there was always the entertainment provided by the monkeys coming in and stealing food from the tables.

Comment: Cleanliness of room - I stated very poor because our first room, of Standard level, we had a giant cockroach upon check-in, and then spent an hour with a staff member and 2 cans of "Raid" to kill an infestation of giant ants coming from the ceiling of our "Standard" room. We were granted our request to move rooms, upgraded to "Deluxe" with bug netting around the bed, and were very pleased. I appreciated the Champlung Sari for this, as many hotels would not do this for their customers. However, I still maintain Very Poor for this category in my rating because the sliding doors to enter the room are not flush with the walls, and there is a parade of bugs working there way in and out of the room. The hotel grounds are awesome, very romantic, pool is nice, but they need to serious de-bug the place. I would recommend it to a friend, nonetheless.

Comment: Location is a strategy area, the deluxe room Ï took was big enough but the cleanliness is poor, many bugs (esp. Hugh mosquitos) inside the room. Welcome service was very slow n not homy. Ï saw many tourist n guest there also complaining about the service. It was really not value for money and we would never recommend to friends. Not even got the mood to try the breakfast n facilities since we would like to move out fast from there. Really wasted living there!
