Comment: My husband and I stayed there on January 2013 in superior room n. 1320 and we liked this hotel very much. The room was larger than we expected and very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, good quality linen and towels, good quality bathroom amenities, breakfast with a large choice (local and western), very spacious lobby with a comfortable separated smoking lounge. As others as already written, the location is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy and professional. The 3 concierges to whom we spoke were all very kind and useful. As we checked-out at 11 am and left at 11 pm, we could use showers and towels at 4th floor (where the pool is) for free before leaving. We definitely recommend this hotel and surely stay there again next time! Tip: if you want to use the Go-KL free bus Purple line, walk from the hotel on the useful a/c link-bridge and go down before Pavilion shopping mall: the bus stop is a few meters straight ahead.

Comment: The bath tub could be cleaner. Once, I'm out of the hotel for some sightseeing, when I got back, yes, they cleaned the bathroom, but they left a dirty towel at the end of my bath tub! But then again, maybe they forgot to take it but still, little things still affected people's impression on the hotel.

Comment: I have been to this hotel a number of times. Its a pity that the excellent view from rooms, of twin tower etc. are getting blocked by new constructions taking place.

Comment: My stay was disrupted by the construction work going on at the hotel. Work was taking place between the hours 0800-2000, which meant it was not possible to come back to the hotel for some rest and relaxation during that period because all I heard was hammers banging and drilling - not very pleasant. After I complained to the front desk they moved me to a room on a higher level and I had no further problems. It would have been useful to know that there was construction going on BEFORE I booked the hotel. Having known this beforehand I would have booked somewhere else to stay.

Comment: Arrivées a 20h30 chambre soit disant pas prête donc nous avons été placée dans une autre chambre qui n'était pas de la catégorie que nous avions réservé et devions être changées le lendemain dans la chambre que nous avions réservé. Le lendemain donc nous demandons a changer et on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre disponible pour nous même si la réservation avait été faite 2 mois a l'avance. Donc nous ne sommes pas satisfaites de cet hôtel.

Comment: To check any leakage of piping system in the toilet and bathroom. During my stay in room 1303, there is leaking of the sink and water dripping when your do washing hand. Please do checking before room deliver to guest. Thank you.

Comment: Timber floors look beautiful but sound carries. With US sailors at the hotel there was a fair bit of activity between rooms.

Comment: Although we arrived at the Hotel at 3.30pm our room was not available until after 4pm. We had a view of a building site from our window, we were kept awake until early morning by building work next door to the Hotel and it was difficult to walk in the road outside due to the construction works. The buffet dinner and breakfast served tepid food, not hot and overall we were very disappointed at the generally below standard compared with other KL Hotels in which we have stayed.

Comment: We were given the lowest floor room with almost almost no view of the Pertronas Twin Towers yet the booking stated clearly that the extra charge we paid for the room was because of the view. The frontline staff did not offer any apology. Other than this, the service provided by the rest of the staff was good.
