Comment: Front desk unable to direct new hotel guests how to use the lifts for access to hotel lobby. Wrong information was provided. When we enquire of anything especially bell boys they run out of umbrellas and when ask for assistance to move the luggage, they point out the direction of how to do it ourselves instead of assisting us to move the luggage. Swimming pool close at 7 pm which is too early as we cannot have a swim after a hot day shopping.

Comment: more variety at breakfast.was disappointed as there was the same food for the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. the male staff at the reception were not very pleasant. should be more flexible with the check-in and check-out times.

Comment: Refurbish the rooms. They look much too worn out. The non-smoking floor should be truly non-smoking. My family and I did not enjoying putting up with the smell of smoke in the hallways and even less the hotel's lack of interest in making sure people in the smoke-free floors respected the rules.

Comment: No internet access in the rooms. Only at the lobby or pool area but it's hard to find a seat and it's not convenient. Some people brought durians to their rooms so it was quite smelly. I notified it at the reception and the air got better after. The breakfast is very busy!

Comment: Desk, Tour and porter staff great. Bar restaurant dead and very unhelpful. If you are alone in the bar they refuse to allow you to have the TV channel you want or any volume. So learn to lip read!
