Comment: I was assigned to a room 401 which is beside the lift. The room is extremely small and noisy the whole time. I can hear the lift sound and some birds sound all the time even during the night! I reported to the staff and one staff agreed with me that the room is noisy. Then we went to the reception to request to change a room. The women at the reception was very rude and she kept me waiting for half hour and asked the staff who agreed the room is noisy to a small room and gave out to him by telling the truth! Then I was told all rooms are full and they can't refund me if I decided not to stay! Then if it is the case, why keep me waiting so long? Very bad experience

Comment: During booking the hotel offers the opportunity for special requests. The hotel needs to take serious note of such requests. My request for a quiet room was not taken - I was allocated a room facing a major road and with 2 spotlights immediately outside the window. Sleep was close to impossible!

Comment: room small by american standards, but adequate for our use and very well laid out to maximize usable space with excellent storage.

Comment: Design of the first room I was in with a bed platform was impractical and the second room although much cheaper was too small. Other rooms I looked at to stay in for the future were much nicer.
