FASTBOOKING has signed a Partnership with German based company TrustYou, that will help the FASTBOOKING community of independent hoteliers to improve their e-reputation and reinforce their online visibility and their direct distribution.

In order to help hoteliers improve their e-reputation FASTBOOKING has partnered with TrustYou to integrate the online guest satisfaction survey tool TrustYou Stars in the FASTBOOKING platform.

Through this partnership FASTBOOKING will offer its hotel clients a turn-key solution to substantially grow their number of reviews and increase their average ratings. With FASTBOOKING and TrustYou Stars, hoteliers will consequently significantly improve their online visibility and gain a better online prominence.

Benjamin Jost, Co-Founder and CEO of TrustYou explains: “TrustYou Stars has proven records of positively influencing quality, quantity and impacting the hotel’s global reputation. A recent study shows that hoteliers increase their review score by average 8 % with TrustYou Stars and a large increase in review volume. »

 

The integration of TrustYou Stars within the FASTBOOKING platform is very intuitive and simple: guests’ emails are automatically uploaded from the FASTBOOKING platform to TrustYou (step1) which will send post-stay satisfaction surveys (step2). The reviews are becoming part of TrustYou’s Meta-Review and as well as the TrustScore that are incorporated in hundreds of travel sites such as Google, Kayak and Skyscanner and influence millions of booking decisions. The reviews are moreover pushed to Google whereby hotels profit from more review content and can also be displayed on the hotel official website (step3). FASTBOOKING hoteliers will also monitor their e-reputation directly from their FASTBOOKING back-office interface.
