Your website is your on-line shop window and it must reflect your hotel. Elegant and user-friendly, it should provide a unique yet simple and pertinent path for your users, to guide them as directly as possible towards your “reserve” button.

New features allowing the best conversion rate appear regularly. Close to 250 hotel owners visited FASTBOOKING’s booth at EquipHotel to learn from our Web Studio teams about the latest good practices in e-commerce and websites.

Two innovations especially attracted their attention:

How to collect, on your site, the maximum amount of data about your visitors even BEFORE they make a reservation and offer them a customized service?

This is now possible thanks to the “Social Connect” Module. It is easy to set up and your site’s visitors can register in 3 clicks. They will immediately be welcomed personally and receive customised offers. It especially allows hotel owners to collect a data base of qualified prospective clients at the lowest cost possible and to send them marketing campaigns and/or targeted promotions. This practice is frequently used by OTAs and our FASTBOOKING teams will be very happy to help independent hotels set this up.

Just like airline companies and OTAs, hotel owners can now add calendars to their sites showing the best prices possible over the period of a month.

This technique gives users the option to adjust their travel dates so as to take advantage of the best prices, or to confirm their reservation quickly when they see the words “only one room left at this price.” And no surprises: the prices they see are real and can be reserved directly via the booking engine.
