Do you provide a mobile booking interface?

Yes. Attraction has a responsive design, which allows it to adapt to any screen size. You don’t need to add any specific link on your mobile site – just the standard one. Your booking engine detects the device of your customer and offers the appropriate experience. 

How long does it take to configure the Booking Engine?

Once the contract is signed, you’ll get an email to validate your personal account and go through a configuration wizard which will guide you through the key steps, allowing you to start selling rooms in less than a day.

How many offers and rooms can I configure?

We allow you to configure as many rooms and offers as you need. Our Revenue Optimization team will help you to find the best ones to display, depending on your pricing and sales goals.

What flexibility do you offer in terms of pricing policies configuration?

We provide a highly flexible system where you can configure prices per night or per occupancy (per adult, per child, per child based on the age, per person) and add specific patterns like early bird or last minute discounts, discounts or free nights depending on the length of stay, etc. Our Revenue Optimization team will guide you through the possibilities to achieve the highest conversion.

What technical interfaces do you offer? How can we exchange data with our PMS/RMS/CRM?
