For GLA Hotels, a voluntary chain of prestigious hotels located all over the world, the challenge lay in offering Internet bookings on all its hotels while creating an online marketing strategy under its own name, through its exclusive offers. The Internet user had to be able to access, from a single booking screen, the same information as when logging on directly to one of the hotels in the group, while still benefiting from the rates marketed exclusively on the GLA Hotels website.

The hotels of the Société des Bains de Mer de Monte Carlo (SBM) had a very clear brief, particularly in terms of image and accessibility.
