RESPONSABLE COMMERCIAL SERVICES TRAFFIC ACQUISITION H/F

Nous recherchons un Responsable Commercial pour assurer le développement des ventes de notre gamme de services appelé « Traffic Acquisition » c’est-à-dire la vente de services de Search Marketing, Metasearch Marketing et Display Marketing pour des hôtels indépendants.

Le poste

Rattaché au Directeur Traffic Acquisition, votre périmètre de prospection sera principalement la France, mais pourra s’étendre à l’Europe. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Organisation de l’action commerciale en conformité avec les objectifs fixés :
  • Qualification du fichier commercial
  • Analyse de la concurrence sur son secteur
  • Préparation du plan d’action de prospection
  • Recrutement de nouveaux hôtels
  • Prospection des établissements cibles
  • Prise de contact et de rendez-vous
  • Analyse des besoins clients
  • Mise en avant des produits/services de Digital Marketing
  • Préconisation des solutions adaptées
  • Elaboration des propositions commerciales
  • Négociation jusqu’à la signature du contrat
  • Mise à disposition du reporting de l’activité
  • Utilisation de Salesforce tout au long du processus commercial
  • Coordination avec l’administration des ventes
  • Transmission efficace des informations aux équipes d’implémentation et aux Account Managers

Votre profil

  • De formation supérieure, avec une première expérience réussie de la vente
  • Connaissance et appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et le e-commerce
  • Connaissance du secteur de l’hôtellerie est fortement appréciée
  • Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement du Digital Marketing pour les hôtels, et notamment des campagnes d’acquisition de traffic permettant d’augmenter le nombre de visiteurs des sites web hôteliers (Search Marketing, Metasearch Marketing, Display Marketing). Ces campagnes sont ensuite pilotées en interne par une équipe dédiée pour le nom des hôtels.
  • Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés au sein des hôtels indépendants et des petites chaines
  • Aguerri(e) aux techniques de prospection commerciale BtoB
  • Autonomie et rigueur
  • Force de proposition et de conviction
  • Maîtrise de Excel et Powerpoint
