Why should I be concerned about E-reputation?

Today, 95% of travellers read reviews before making a booking decision, with the average guest reading 6-12 reviews before booking a hotel room*. How does the TrustYou solution work?

It’s very easy and fully integrated into the FASTBOOKING booking engine:

1. Collect reviews automatically thanks to a customer survey available in 17 languages

2. Reviews are pushed to all Google Services to enhance Google Content

3. Reviews and ratings are shown on the hotel’s site to reassure guests during the booking process

4. TrustScore is also displayed in ATTRACTION, the FASTBOOKING Booking Engine to reassure guests during booking process. 

Why do I need more reviews?

How does TrustYou calculate the TrustScore?

The proprietary semantic analysis algorithms developed by TrustYou learn from data on the web to detect positive, neutral and negative aspects in sentences. Once detected, individual opinions are then grouped into different categories (e.g. room, service, location etc.) and counted to form an overall score. 

How long does it take to have the solution up and running?

It takes just one second to activate TrustYou Stars from your booking engine Attraction. Once it is activated, surveys can be sent from Day One to checked-out customers.
